Is Coldstream part of Vernon?
No. Coldstream is its own municipality, the District of Coldstream, right next door to Vernon. Most people shop, work and go to school across both, but property taxes, zoning and many services are run by Coldstream itself.
What kinds of homes are in Coldstream?
Everything from family homes on Middleton Mountain to acreages in the Coldstream valley and Lavington, plus Kalamalka Lake waterfront and view homes. There are fewer condos and townhomes than in Vernon.
